About

We are a Catholic husband and wife hoping to communicate marriage and family issues through the thoughtful means of letters.  Though this medium of communication may be slower, we hope it will be more profound.  Since our letters will be in the form of a blog, our response time will not be instantaneous.  Our goal is to make sense of the world around us through quiet contemplation not instant gratification.  Let the journey begin…

I like the concept already, seems like it will be different and interesting.

  2. Hello and thanks so much for dropping by http://8kidsandabusiness.wordpress.com What a wonderful idea for a blog! It takes me back to the first few years of our 27-year marriage when I would leave my husband notes and letters written in notebooks since my shift work as a registered nurse meant we often didn’t see each other. He didn’t reply in writing but that’s OK. It was enough that I knew he looked forward to my letters. He still has the notebooks and we both cherish them as a record of our newlywed years. Drop by again! I’ll certainly be visiting you.

  3. Lovely idea and very beautiful page! May God bless you both!

Beautiful idea for a blog! My husband and I have exchanged letters for most of our 30 years together and find it a good way to communicate when others seem difficult or unobtainable due to work or whatever. Your letters are beautiful and one can feel the love while reading! Thank you for sharing your life!
    God bless!

  7. OMG!! What a beautiful idea for a blog! My husband and I will be celebrating 10 years this September. A blog like yours is inspiring and refreshing!!! 8. Writing letters is a great way to stay connected with your spouse. My husband works nights, and we write each other often. It has been a huge help in our marriage helping us stay on the same page. Sometimes they are love letters; other times we write mostly about our day/night at work. I can’t imagine not writing each other!
